Comparing only the number on the checkout button hides most of the real cost: who chooses the usable result, who repairs failures, and what the buyer actually receives.
PawCinema's currently qualified Story Film is $12.40 USD, shown as 1,240 internal credits at $1 USD = 100 credits. It is one 15-second, vertical 9:16 film for one cat or dog. The price is for the complete named-film contract—not for an individual model call or a bundle of raw clips.

What is included in the $12.40 Story Film?
The current qualified contract includes:
- one cat or dog represented by at least one clear, authorized source photo;
- the chosen Film Card's visible story family, visual direction, rhythm, runtime, and format;
- identity evidence review and one meaningful likeness confirmation;
- frozen production direction before paid generation;
- backstage provider routing, candidate selection, and in-contract technical retries;
- deterministic titles, music placement, timing, encoding, and finishing where applicable;
- complete-film quality review, private browser delivery, and a downloadable MP4; and
- the published replacement, credit-restoration, cancellation, or refund remedy if PawCinema cannot meet the completion contract.
The buyer is not asked to select models, write production prompts, assemble clips, or fix the result in another editor.
Why custom pet video prices are hard to compare
Two services can both say “custom pet video” while selling different things. Check these boundaries before paying:

Is PawCinema a subscription?
No. The Story Film is a one-time purchase. PawCinema uses internal credits as a prepaid accounting balance, but the consumer promise is the named finished film. Purchased credits do not expire. In-contract production retries do not ask the buyer to make more production decisions or pay again for each attempt.
Is checkout available now?
The website shows the current payment state next to pricing. While payment activation is in progress, public checkout is disabled and no real charge can be completed. PawCinema will not display an unavailable provider as if it were an active payment option.
Live checkout opens only after provider approval and end-to-end verification of the hosted payment page, signed webhooks, settlement, credit granting, refunds, reconciliation, tax handling, customer support, and operational receipts.
What photos are needed?
One sharp front or three-quarter photo can be enough to start. The pet's eyes, ears, muzzle, coat pattern, and identifying marks should be visible. Supporting side or full-body views can strengthen identity evidence, especially when the film contains more motion. Photos must be authorized and cannot include people or human faces.

What happens after delivery?
The finished movie is delivered privately in the format promised by the Film Card. Download the MP4 you want to keep. Customer creative assets are scheduled for deletion under the Privacy Policy, and earlier deletion can be requested through the available order or support process.
If the film cannot pass its identity, structural, technical, or complete-video gates, PawCinema does not label a failed candidate as delivered. The order moves through the controlled remedy described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
