What PawCinema delivers
PawCinema sells digital products only. No physical item is shipped.
- AI Pet Portraits are currently available. One authorized original cat or dog photo, or a saved original reference, produces one styled still candidate. The exact credit cost is shown before generation. After private preparation and safety checks, new free orders provide a web preview and optional public sharing, without a likeness survey. Original downloads and gift-card exports require a completed paid credit top-up.
- Story Films are separate. Samples and invitation-only validation are not public sales. A film becomes orderable only when its own page explicitly says so and displays the format, duration, USD price, and completion contract. PawCinema owns production decisions, in-contract repairs, finishing, and release.
- Other direct AI Image or AI Video products are unavailable to the public unless their own page explicitly opens them and describes their input and output.
- Account credits pay for available PawCinema creations only. They are non-transferable, cannot be spent elsewhere, and are not a physical product or cash balance. One-time USD top-ups are available through Pancake hosted checkout. Credits are added after payment confirmation. Paid film orders remain closed. An explicitly labeled sandbox checkout does not charge real money.
Portraits are digital image files, not video, prints, frames, or shipped goods. The format and dimensions of your available file appear with its download; we do not promise a particular print size or identical results from different photos.
Delivery timing
Free previews, sharing and original downloads
For new portraits under the September 24, 2026 download policy, free accounts receive a reduced-resolution web preview. Public sharing is optional and requires your explicit consent. A completed live credit top-up (currently from US$5) unlocks original downloads and gift-card exports for the account, including previous free portraits still within their storage period; no new generation is needed. This is a wallet purchase, not a per-portrait download fee. Test payments, welcome credits and unpaid checkouts do not qualify. A fully refunded or reversed payment no longer qualifies; another qualifying payment can retain access. Existing portraits created under earlier download terms keep their original rights. Previewing, paying and sharing do not extend retention. Browser-visible previews can still be saved or captured; we do not promise copy prevention.
Your portrait, from submission to download
Your portrait has three steps: generation, private preparation and safety review, then download. You can return to My Creations to check the same order; closing the browser does not request another portrait.
- Generation: a busy service may queue your order. Once image generation starts, an unfinished request becomes eligible for timeout handling after 18 minutes. A status check already in progress can delay the final update; this is not a promise of a finished download within 18 minutes.
- Preparation and safety review: after the generated image is recorded, these steps have the separate 24-hour window described below. This window does not include the earlier queue or generation time.
- Download: open the finished artwork in My Creations and save a copy. No rating or likeness answer is required for new orders. Task media follows the existing 30-day retention schedule; download promptly because we do not provide permanent file hosting. Earlier orders keep their original terms.
There is no guaranteed end-to-end delivery time for a portrait, and this service is not suitable for a deadline-critical gift. If an order has not progressed after 20 minutes, check its existing status in My Creations. If it is still unresolved, email support@pawcinema.com with the creation ID. Do not submit another paid generation to report a delay. Technical non-delivery follows the credit-restoration terms below.
Other separately available products
An explicitly available direct AI generation begins after the request is accepted and the displayed credits are reserved. A generated result appears only when its required processing, safety and private-access checks permit display. Queue times vary with the selected product and service availability.
Story Film production begins after the order contract is accepted and its one-time payment or previously granted account balance is confirmed. Its status page shows the meaningful production and delivery state. A released film is available through a private browser player and downloadable in the format promised by its Film Card.
AI Pet Portrait review
For new AI Pet Portrait orders, generation completion is not yet delivery. PawCinema prepares the candidate for private access and checks safety before making the artwork available to preview and, for eligible accounts or historical orders, download. These steps share a fixed 24-hour window starting when PawCinema records the generated result for this stage, not when you upload the photo or submit the order. Refreshing the page or retrying a check does not restart that window.
A temporary storage or review interruption does not by itself mean the image is poor. Available generated work is retained while the outstanding step is retried under the existing recovery policy; it does not trigger another image generation or another generation charge. Likeness and aesthetic scores remain advisory. A download does not certify likeness or satisfaction. Reporting a problem is optional and does not block a new-order download after safety and technical checks.
If private preparation or safety review remains unresolved after the window, the order enters non-delivery processing. A confirmed safety denial can end the order sooner. An in-progress check or processing delay can postpone the final status and credit-balance update; the 24-hour window is not an instant credit-return guarantee. See the portrait terms in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Earlier portrait orders keep their original terms, and Story Films retain their separate delivery contract.
Failures and remedies
A direct generation is one candidate, not a guaranteed artistic result. If it fails technically before a result is delivered, its reserved credits are restored automatically. Repeating or changing a successful request is a new generation and uses the newly displayed credits.
If PawCinema cannot release a Story Film that meets its frozen Film Card contract after the allowed controlled repair or fallback, PawCinema will not present a known failed candidate as the finished product. The order follows the replacement, credit-restoration, or refund remedy shown in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Private access
Uploads and generated results are private by default. Keep your account and download access secure, and download completed files you want to retain. Contact support@pawcinema.com if account access or digital delivery fails.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide media you are authorized to use, give accurate requested information, choose the visible product and options you want, and keep your account accessible. For a Story Film, PawCinema remains responsible for internal model and provider selection, prompts, retries, quality review, finishing, and release. Direct-generation customers describe the image or video they want; they are not required to select a provider or operate a professional editor.
