What PawCinema delivers
PawCinema, operated by Auralis Labs LLC, sells digital products only. No physical item is shipped.
- Story Films are named, finished pet-movie outcomes. Each Film Card shows the example, format, duration, creative promise, USD price, and internal-credit equivalent before an order starts. PawCinema owns the production decisions, in-contract retries, quality review, finishing, and release decision.
- AI Image and AI Video, when explicitly available, are separate direct creative tools. Each submitted prompt creates one candidate image or video using the options and exact credit price shown before generation. A reference image is optional when the selected route supports it.
- Internal credits may be attached to the selected product for accounting and remedy purposes. They are not a separate physical or public stored-value deliverable in the current Story Film journey.
Delivery timing
An explicitly available direct AI generation begins after the request is accepted and the displayed credits are reserved. Results appear in the product after the provider completes the request. Queue times vary with the selected duration, quality, safety review, and provider availability.
Story Film production begins after the order contract is accepted and its one-time payment or previously granted account balance is confirmed. Its status page shows the meaningful production and delivery state. A released film is available through a private browser player and downloadable in the format promised by its Film Card.
Failures and remedies
A direct generation is one candidate, not a guaranteed artistic result. If it fails technically before a result is delivered, its reserved credits are restored automatically. Repeating or changing a successful request is a new generation and uses the newly displayed credits.
If PawCinema cannot release a Story Film that meets its frozen Film Card contract after the allowed controlled repair or fallback, PawCinema will not present a known failed candidate as the finished product. The order follows the replacement, credit-restoration, or refund remedy shown in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Private access
Uploads and generated results are private by default. Keep your account and download access secure, and download completed files you want to retain. Contact support@pawcinema.com if account access or digital delivery fails.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide media you are authorized to use, give accurate requested information, choose the visible product and options you want, and keep your account accessible. For a Story Film, PawCinema remains responsible for internal model and provider selection, prompts, retries, quality review, finishing, and release. Direct-generation customers describe the image or video they want; they are not required to select a provider or operate a professional editor.
