This Acceptable Use Policy applies to prompts, uploaded reference media, generated candidates, Story Film source material, and any other use of PawCinema. It is part of the Terms of Service.
Content you may not create or upload
Do not use PawCinema to create, request, upload, or distribute:
- NSFW or sexual content, including sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, pornography, sexual services, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or any sexualized depiction of a minor;
- content that depicts, encourages, or glorifies animal abuse, cruelty, severe violence, self-harm, terrorism, or other unlawful harm;
- hateful or harassing content that attacks a protected class or targets a person with threats, humiliation, or abuse;
- deceptive impersonation, non-consensual face swaps, deepfakes of real people, fabricated evidence, or media intended to mislead people about a real event;
- private, sensitive, or identifying media of another person without their permission, including identity documents and financial information;
- copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected content that you do not own or have permission to use;
- instructions or media that facilitate fraud, malware, unauthorized access, evasion of law enforcement, or other illegal activity; or
- content designed to bypass safety screening, rate limits, payment controls, account restrictions, or provider rules.
Authorized media only
Only upload photos and other media you own or are authorized to use. Reference images submitted to PawCinema's generative image, video, portrait, or Story Film tools must contain pets, objects, or scenes only—not people or human faces. Never upload full payment card details, passwords, government identification, medical documents, or precise private-location information.
Safety screening and enforcement
PawCinema may use automated and human safety review. When a direct AI Image or AI Video product is explicitly available, its prompts are screened before a generation is queued, credits are reserved, or a generation provider is called. Requests classified as flagged or denied are blocked. If required safety screening is unavailable, the generation is not submitted and no generation credits are reserved.
We may remove content, reject a request, suspend generation access, restrict or close an account, preserve evidence, or report activity when reasonably needed to address safety, legal, payment, or security risk. Enforcement may consider context, severity, repetition, and applicable law.
Questions and review
If you believe a request was blocked in error, email support@pawcinema.com with your account email and the approximate time of the request. Do not resend prohibited media or include payment-card details.
