For order, delivery, remake, refund, billing, privacy, or account questions, include the PawCinema order ID and the email used for the order. Never email a full card number, card security code, password, passport, or tax ID.
We aim to acknowledge complete customer support requests within 2 business days. You can also submit a remake or refund review directly from the private delivery page when that option is available.
Company information
PawCinema is a product and trade name of Auralis Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Auralis Labs LLC sells finished digital pet Story Films directly to customers. Non-transferable credits are used only as internal product accounting in the current Story Film journey. Direct AI image or video routes are sold only when their public safety and provider controls are active. Auralis Labs LLC does not process payments on behalf of third-party sellers.
