Operator and acceptance
These Terms apply to PawCinema ("we" or "us"). These Terms govern your use of PawCinema, its internal product credits, any direct AI generation tools that are explicitly available, and finished pet film products. By using the service or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract.
Products and current availability
AI Pet Portraits are the current public product. Choose a visible style and provide one authorized original cat or dog photo, or a saved original reference. Each submission creates one AI-generated still candidate at the credit cost shown before you begin. New orders provide a web preview and optional public sharing after preparation and safety checks. A qualifying settled paid credit top-up unlocks original downloads and gift-card exports for the account, including retained free portraits. No likeness survey is required. Historical download rights remain unchanged. A new generation is a new request; a change of artistic preference does not automatically include a replacement.
Portrait creation does not offer a free-text image prompt, human face editing, face swaps, physical prints, framing, or shipping. Style examples are labeled concept illustrations, not customer before-and-after results.
Eligible new accounts receive the introductory credits displayed on the Pricing page. One-time credit top-ups are available through Pancake hosted checkout. You can also use available account credits to try the portrait product. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Story Films are separate. Public samples and invitation-only film validation do not mean a film is orderable. A film may be purchased only when its own page explicitly opens ordering and displays the finished movie's format, duration, creative promise, USD price, and remedy. PawCinema controls production, quality review, in-contract retries, finishing, and release under that film contract. Any separately offered film must display its applicable terms before ordering.
Other direct AI Image or AI Video tools remain unavailable to the public unless their own product page explicitly opens access. If available, a submission buys one candidate generation at its displayed cost, not a finished Story Film.
PawCinema is an independent consumer interface that uses third-party AI generation services backstage. PawCinema is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or the official interface of any third-party model owner or generation provider. Provider and model names are not PawCinema product names, and the third parties do not control PawCinema's branding, pricing, support, or customer contract.
AI results are probabilistic and may contain artifacts, identity drift, unexpected motion, or other variations. We do not promise pixel-perfect reproduction, identical rerolls, or a specific outcome beyond the displayed contract for the selected product.
Prices, account credits, and checkout
Portraits use the exact account-credit amount shown before generation. The standard paid-credit reference is $1 USD = 100 credits. This is a credit conversion, not an offer to buy one credit at checkout. The supported top-up range is $5–$1,000 USD in a one-time purchase; the checkout must show the paid amount and any bonus before payment. Purchased and gifted credits, including welcome credits, never expire. Gifted and promotional credits have no cash refund value.
For the displayed top-up offer, purchases from $100 to $499.99 USD receive 5% extra credits; purchases of $500 to $1,000 USD receive 10% extra credits. The tiers do not stack. The bonus is calculated on the base credits in that purchase and displayed before checkout. Refunding a purchase removes the associated refunded credits and purchase-linked bonus under the refund policy. Buying credits does not reserve a film or make an unavailable product orderable.
Credits are bound to the purchasing PawCinema account. They are not legal tender, are not transferable between customers, and may not be sold, traded, or redeemed for cash except through a refund of the underlying purchase under the Refund and Cancellation Policy or as required by law. They may not be used outside PawCinema. PawCinema does not sell a general-purpose stored-value product or facilitate transfers to third parties.
A Story Film's credits account for its complete promised outcome. In-contract production attempts and repairs do not add per-attempt charges. Portraits keep their separate per-generation terms.
One-time USD credit purchases are available through Pancake hosted checkout. Top-ups range from $5 to $1,000, with 100 credits per USD and the bonus displayed before checkout (5% from $100; 10% from $500). Story Film purchases remain closed. A restricted checkout labeled payment sandbox is for authorized testing only and creates no real customer charge. Live Pancake checkout creates a real charge. Pancake by Waffo processes payment details; PawCinema does not receive full card numbers, card security codes, or PayPal account credentials. The hosted checkout identifies the actual payment provider and, where applicable, the Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes and the total are shown before payment. An unapproved or unavailable provider is not an available payment option.

Your content and permissions
You retain rights you already hold in submitted media and eligible outputs. You grant PawCinema a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, modify, and display your content only as reasonably needed to create, deliver, support, secure, and legally administer the service.
For a separately available direct AI Image or AI Video tool accepting a user prompt, PawCinema first sends the user-entered prompt text and a pseudonymous request identifier to Creem's prompt Moderation API. Reference images, names, email addresses, and payment details are not part of that moderation request. A flag, deny, or unavailable moderation decision blocks the request before generation and before generation credits are reserved.
Generation requests that pass safety screening may require PawCinema to send the prompt, selected options, exact authorized reference media, generated candidates, and sampled quality-review frames to the AI provider and upstream model serving that request. Current supported routes may use the AI processing provider, whose own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern its processing. Provider and model routing remain backstage, but the applicable data-transfer disclosure remains available in the Privacy Policy. PawCinema does not use private customer media for its own advertising, public samples, or general-purpose model training without separate, optional permission.
Story Film delivery remains private unless you create an unlisted share link. Anyone who obtains that link may view the shared film until you revoke it or delete the assets; revocation cannot retrieve a copy another person already downloaded.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every uploaded file and that your use does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. Reference images submitted to PawCinema's generative image, video, portrait, or Story Film tools must contain pets, objects, or scenes only—not people or human faces. Do not upload sensitive documents.
Acceptable use
You may not use PawCinema to:
- upload content you do not have the right to use;
- create NSFW, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, pornography, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or any sexualized depiction of a minor;
- create unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or materially violent content;
- misrepresent AI-generated media as authentic evidence;
- upload malware, payment-card data, or sensitive identity documents;
- bypass safety systems, account controls, rate limits, product rules, or payment rules; or
- scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or resell the service except where law expressly permits it.
We may reject requests or restrict accounts that create material safety, security, payment, or legal risk. The Acceptable Use Policy gives additional examples and explains safety screening and enforcement.
Cancellation, delivery, and refunds
An available direct AI generation begins after the displayed credits are reserved. Story Film production begins after its order contract is accepted and the one-time payment or previously granted account balance is confirmed. Delivery failures, technical generation failures, duplicate or unauthorized charges, cancellation, and refunds are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy, without limiting non-waivable rights.
Intellectual property
PawCinema's website, branding, Film Cards, software, and original production materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. A change of service operator does not transfer ownership of existing intellectual property. Except for your rights in submitted content and eligible output, these Terms do not transfer our intellectual property rights to you.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, identical AI results, or fitness for a purpose not stated in the product description.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for a paid claim will not exceed the amount paid for the purchase at issue. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law and changes
Applicable law and any non-waivable consumer rights remain in effect. The operator information in this update applies prospectively to new services; existing orders and consents retain the terms accepted at that time. We may update these Terms prospectively and will update the date above.
