Operator and acceptance
PawCinema is operated by Auralis Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Auralis," "PawCinema," "we," or "us"). These Terms govern your use of PawCinema, its internal product credits, any direct AI generation tools that are explicitly available, and finished pet film products. By using the service or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract.
Products
PawCinema's current public catalog is built around Story Films. A separate direct-generation contract may appear only when the relevant product page says it is available and its provider, safety, storage, pricing, and support controls are active together:
- Story Films: You select a visible Film Card and provide at least one usable pet photo. The card freezes the type of finished movie, format, duration, creative promise, USD price, and internal-credit equivalent. PawCinema controls the internal story, provider routing, production, quality review, permitted retries, finishing, and release within that contract.
- AI Image and AI Video, when explicitly available: You provide your own prompt and may add a reference image when the route supports it. The interface shows the meaningful options and exact credit cost. Each submission buys one candidate result, not a finished Story Film or a guaranteed artistic interpretation.
PawCinema is an independent consumer interface that uses third-party AI generation services backstage. PawCinema is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or the official interface of any third-party model owner or generation provider. Provider and model names are not PawCinema product names, and the third parties do not control PawCinema's branding, pricing, support, or customer contract.
AI results are probabilistic and may contain artifacts, identity drift, unexpected motion, or other variations. We do not promise pixel-perfect reproduction, identical rerolls, or a specific outcome beyond the displayed contract for the selected product.
Price, internal credits, and checkout
The current public Story Film journey sells the finished-film package shown on the selected Film Card at its displayed one-time USD price. It does not sell a general-purpose stored-value product. PawCinema may display or reserve a fixed credit equivalent to account for the selected product internally; those credits do not turn the customer purchase into a charge for individual provider calls, attempts, retries, or raw clips.
Credits are bound to the purchasing PawCinema account. They are not legal tender, are not transferable between customers, and may not be sold, traded, or redeemed for cash except through the remedy for the underlying purchase under the Refund and Cancellation Policy or as required by law. They may not be used outside PawCinema. If a separate direct AI product is explicitly made available in the future, its page and checkout must disclose the exact one-time price and credit effect before submission.
The checkout page clearly identifies a payment sandbox. Sandbox checkouts do not create a real customer charge. When live payment is available, Stripe, Creem, PayPal, or another displayed provider processes payment details; PawCinema does not receive full card numbers, card security codes, or PayPal account credentials. Applicable taxes are shown or collected as required.
Your content and permissions
You retain rights you already hold in submitted media and eligible outputs. You grant PawCinema a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, modify, and display your content only as reasonably needed to create, deliver, support, secure, and legally administer the service.
When direct AI Image or AI Video is explicitly available, PawCinema first sends the user-entered prompt text and a pseudonymous request identifier to Creem's prompt Moderation API. Reference images, names, email addresses, and payment details are not part of that moderation request. A flag, deny, or unavailable moderation decision blocks the request before generation and before generation credits are reserved.
Generation requests that pass safety screening may require PawCinema to send the prompt, selected options, exact authorized reference media, generated candidates, and sampled quality-review frames to the AI provider and upstream model serving that request. Current supported routes may use KIE, whose own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern its processing. Provider and model routing remain backstage, but the applicable data-transfer disclosure remains available in the Privacy Policy. PawCinema does not use private customer media for its own advertising, public samples, or general-purpose model training without separate, optional permission.
Story Film delivery remains private unless you create an unlisted share link. Anyone who obtains that link may view the shared film until you revoke it or delete the assets; revocation cannot retrieve a copy another person already downloaded.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every uploaded file and that your use does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. Reference images submitted to PawCinema's generative image, video, portrait, or Story Film tools must contain pets, objects, or scenes only—not people or human faces. Do not upload sensitive documents.
Acceptable use
You may not use PawCinema to:
- upload content you do not have the right to use;
- create NSFW, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, pornography, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or any sexualized depiction of a minor;
- create unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or materially violent content;
- misrepresent AI-generated media as authentic evidence;
- upload malware, payment-card data, or sensitive identity documents;
- bypass safety systems, account controls, rate limits, product rules, or payment rules; or
- scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or resell the service except where law expressly permits it.
We may reject requests or restrict accounts that create material safety, security, payment, or legal risk. The Acceptable Use Policy gives additional examples and explains safety screening and enforcement.
Cancellation, delivery, and refunds
An available direct AI generation begins after the displayed credits are reserved. Story Film production begins after its order contract is accepted and the one-time payment or previously granted account balance is confirmed. Delivery failures, technical generation failures, duplicate or unauthorized charges, cancellation, and refunds are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy, without limiting non-waivable rights.
Intellectual property
PawCinema's website, branding, Film Cards, software, and original production materials are owned by Auralis Labs LLC or its licensors. Except for your rights in submitted content and eligible output, these Terms do not transfer our intellectual property rights to you.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, identical AI results, or fitness for a purpose not stated in the product description.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auralis Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for a paid claim will not exceed the amount paid for the purchase at issue. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We may update these Terms prospectively and will update the date above.
