Who we are

PawCinema is a product and trade name of Auralis Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Auralis," "PawCinema," "we," or "us"). We provide a direct-to-consumer service for finished digital pet movies, with non-transferable credits used as internal product accounting. Separate direct AI image or video products may be offered only when their public product page explicitly says they are available.

Information we collect

Account and purchase data: your name, email address, internal credit balance, purchased product, payment identifiers, support messages, and refund requests.
Creative inputs: prompts, optional reference images, pet photos, selected product options, authorized personal details, and generation instructions.
Generated content: likeness frames, intermediate image and video candidates, finished movies, quality-review records, and technical metadata needed to produce and deliver an order.
Usage and device data: feature interactions, timestamps, browser and device information, IP-derived approximate location, security events, and diagnostic logs.
Payment records: price, currency, payment status, provider reference, refund status, and limited billing information. PawCinema does not receive or store full card numbers, card security codes, or PayPal account credentials; Stripe, Creem, or PayPal handles payment credentials on the provider-hosted checkout shown to the customer.
Cookies and local device data: session, security, language, preference, and limited analytics data needed to operate and improve the site.

How we use information

We use creative inputs and generated content only as reasonably needed to verify photo quality, generate and quality-check the private movie, deliver and support the order, screen direct-generation prompts for prohibited content, secure the service, handle deletion or remedies, and comply with legal obligations. We use other account, payment, and usage information to operate the service, prevent fraud and card testing, measure product performance, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and payment-network obligations.

We do not sell personal information. Without separate, specific, optional permission, PawCinema itself does not use customer pet photos, generated candidates, or finished movies for general-purpose model training, advertising, public samples, or unrelated product-improvement datasets. That separate permission defaults off and does not affect production or delivery. This PawCinema commitment does not rewrite a third-party provider's own terms; KIE's separate boundary is described below.

Service providers and international processing

We use contracted providers for AI generation and quality review, cloud hosting, private storage, authentication, email delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, and payment processing. Stripe, Creem, or PayPal processes payment information under the privacy terms shown by the hosted checkout provider.

The production website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate page-use and browser-performance measurements. These measurements help us find broken journeys and slow pages; they are not used to publish or train on private pet media. Vercel processes the measurement data under its Privacy Policy.

If a direct AI Image or AI Video product is explicitly available, before its prompt is queued, charged credits, or sent to a generation model, PawCinema sends the user-entered prompt text and a pseudonymous request identifier to Creem's prompt Moderation API. Reference images, pet-library records, account names, email addresses, and payment details are not included in that moderation request. Creem returns an allow, flag, or deny decision under its Privacy Notice. PawCinema blocks both flag and deny decisions and also blocks generation when the moderation service is unavailable.

PawCinema's current direct AI generation and supported Story Film routes may use KIE and the upstream model service selected for the request. PawCinema sends only the prompt, selected generation options, exact authorized reference media, generated candidates, and sampled quality-review frames needed to perform the request. Transfers use encrypted connections and private or time-limited media links where the route supports them. KIE processes transferred content under its own policies and Terms, which currently include a license to operate and improve its services. The reviewed public policies do not clearly exclude model training, so PawCinema does not promise that KIE or an upstream model service will make no training or improvement use.

These providers may process data in the United States or other countries. We limit disclosures to what is reasonably necessary for the service and require providers to handle data under applicable contracts and law.

Photo permissions and sensitive content

Only upload media that you have permission to use. A Story Film can start from one clear pet photo; additional useful views may improve production evidence. An explicitly available direct AI Image or AI Video route may accept an optional reference image when supported. Reference images for generative image, video, portrait, and Story Film tools must contain pets, objects, or scenes only—not people or human faces. Do not upload private documents, precise location details, or other sensitive information.

Creative assets and delivery are private by default. PawCinema does not publish your photos, generated candidates, or finished film as a public example unless you provide separate, specific permission. If you choose to create an unlisted share link, anyone who obtains that link can view the shared film until you revoke the link or delete the assets. Revocation stops future access through that link but cannot retrieve copies another person already downloaded.

Retention and deletion

Story Film customer photos, generated candidates, likeness frames, and finished movies are private by default in PawCinema-controlled systems. For an undelivered order, creative assets are scheduled for deletion 30 days after the earlier of the first photo upload or order creation. If an undelivered paid order is refunded after production activity, its 30-day clock instead starts from the recorded completion time of the durable refund receipt. If the order is delivered before deletion, the 30-day clock resets at the recorded delivery time (deliveredAt), and those assets are scheduled for deletion 30 days after delivery. You can request earlier deletion from the private delivery page or by contacting support. Access is revoked when that request is accepted. Deletion from managed production workspaces, private object storage, and encrypted backups may then take a reasonable period to finish; PawCinema shows the request as pending until the managed-workspace deletion receipt is recorded.

Uploads and results from an explicitly available direct-generation product remain associated with the signed-in account until deleted under the available product or support process, subject to security, backup, legal, and provider-retention limits. Download results you want to keep and contact support to request deletion.

After creative media is deleted, PawCinema may retain bounded order, payment, refund, consent, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, production-provenance, and quality-decision records for as long as reasonably necessary for legal, contract-remedy, security, and operational-audit purposes. For this high-touch film, those records can include the frozen Project IR, pet name and submitted object or identity facts, hash-only asset lineage, provider task and cost receipts, QC decisions, and repair or refund reason codes. They do not preserve the deleted source photos, generated image/video bytes, or a downloadable film.

Provider-side retention is separate from PawCinema's 30-day schedule. KIE's currently reviewed Getting Started materials describe retention of generated media for up to 14 days and related logs, text, or metadata for up to two months. KIE's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, each currently marked effective August 1, 2025, do not state the training and improvement boundary clearly enough for PawCinema to rely on those public statements alone. PawCinema only enables public starts when its versioned provider-processing launch gates covering retention, deletion, security, permitted use, and model-training treatment pass. An early deletion request removes PawCinema-controlled active assets, but we cannot promise faster provider-side deletion than the approved provider contract and applicable law allow. KIE's public materials do not let us independently confirm whether an upstream model service receives or retains the same inputs, so the consent record discloses that uncertainty rather than extending KIE's stated limits to that upstream service.

Security

We use encrypted transport, access controls, private object storage, short-lived delivery links, payment-provider-hosted card collection, logging controls, and other reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your order link or account has been compromised, contact us promptly.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing communications. We may verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud.
