The business
PawCinema is a product and trade name of Auralis Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Auralis Labs LLC is the direct seller and service provider for PawCinema customers. PawCinema is not a marketplace and does not collect money for third-party sellers.
PawCinema makes private digital Story Films from customer-authorized photos of one cat or dog. A Story Film is sold as a defined finished outcome: the customer sees the representative film and price first, supplies authorized pet photos, reviews the planned direction and likeness, and receives a private digital film only after the applicable quality gates pass.
What customers buy
The current public catalog shows each Story Film's runtime, aspect ratio, source photo requirements, USD price, internal-credit equivalent, sample, availability, included production work, delivery method, and failure remedy. The current Story Film is sold as one defined, one-time finished-film purchase. Credits remain non-transferable internal production accounting and are not a separate public stored-value product in the current Story Film journey.
Public payment activation is still in progress. The website publishes the exact finished-film price and payment-provider information. Stripe is the hosted checkout provider currently configured for activation review, but public checkout remains closed and no real charge can be completed until the live payment, webhook, settlement, refund, and reconciliation gates are verified together.
Direct AI Image and AI Video routes are separate candidate-generation products. They are not offered publicly unless their provider, safety screening, private storage, pricing, and support controls are active together. A closed route is shown as unavailable and does not collect an upload or payment.
How production responsibility works
The customer supplies authorized source material, verified facts, semantic intent, and a likeness judgment. PawCinema owns provider routing, production prompts and parameters, candidate selection, quality control, in-contract retries, conservative fallbacks, finishing, delivery, and the release decision. Customers are not required to repair a promised film in another editor.
If a film cannot meet its frozen completion contract, PawCinema follows the published remake, credit-restoration, cancellation, or refund remedy instead of presenting a failed candidate as a finished result.
Privacy and content boundaries
Customer uploads are private by default. They must show the authorized pet and must not contain people, human faces, adult or sexual content, sensitive documents, protected characters, or material the customer has no right to use. Provider processing and retention boundaries are disclosed before the relevant upload or production step.
