Pet Portrait from Photo Cost: What You Pay For

Compare AI pet portrait, artist commission, print, and pet video costs by final format, likeness review, revisions, and work left for the buyer.

A pet portrait from a photo can be sold as an AI image, a printed product, or an artist commission. A pet video is a separate product. The useful question is not only “How much does it cost?” but also what arrives, how likeness is handled, and what happens when the result misses the pet.

PawCinema treats each AI pet portrait as one independently priced still. The configured price is 20 credits per generated portrait candidate; the exact price and public availability are shown before generation. Public generation remains closed until its media-safety release gate passes, so this is not a live checkout claim.

What changes the cost of a pet portrait from a photo?

Before comparing prices, check whether each option includes the same things:

  1. Final format. Digital illustration, canvas, framed print, and video are different products.
  2. Number of pets. A second subject can change both cost and reliability.
  3. Likeness review. Attractive style does not guarantee recognition.
  4. Revisions or remakes. Check what corrections are included.
  5. Delivery costs. Physical products may add printing and shipping.
  6. Work left for the buyer. Low-cost generation may still require prompting, repeated attempts, selection, editing, and assembly.

What does a PawCinema AI pet portrait include?

The portrait contract includes:

  • one cat or dog represented by one clear original or saved reference photo;
  • one selected style from a curated visual shelf;
  • one generated image candidate at the displayed size and credit cost;
  • owner likeness review and private authenticated delivery;
  • the option to download the still or try another style without buying a film.

Purchased credits do not expire and are not a subscription. The original owner photo remains the identity source even after a generated image is accepted.

What does a separate Story Film cost?

The currently qualified Story Film is 1,240 credits / $12.40 USD. That price covers the selected 15-second film contract, its frozen story and visual direction, identity checks, provider routing, candidate selection, in-contract technical retries, deterministic finishing, complete-film review, private delivery, and the published remedy if the completion contract cannot be met. It is not a promise that every generated frame will be perfect, but it does mean PawCinema—not the buyer—owns the production work needed to decide whether the result can be released.

Checkout is intentionally unavailable until the live provider, signed webhook, settlement, refund, reconciliation, tax, and support workflows have been tested together. A displayed price is therefore not evidence that payment is already open.

Questions to ask before paying

  • What exact file or physical product will I receive?
  • Is the displayed price for one pet?
  • How many photos are required?
  • Can I confirm important markings before production?
  • Is a correction included and what qualifies?
  • Does the example show an orderable result or only inspiration?
  • Who is responsible for finishing the work?

PawCinema pricing questions

Does PawCinema charge per portrait?

The portrait shows one per-generation credit cost. You are not required to buy a Story Film, and choosing a film later is a new contract rather than an automatic upsell attached to the image.

Can I include two pets in one film?

No. The current contract is limited to one cat or dog.

Where is the current price?

The Film Card shows 1,240 credits / $12.40 USD for the currently qualified film. The pricing page repeats the finished-film price, what that price buys, the payment activation state, and the hosted-checkout boundary before any charge.
