“Custom” can mean your pet in a fixed art style, an artist working to your brief, or a print made from an image you already have. Start with what you want to choose and what you want to receive. These are different orders.

If you already love a photo and simply want it on the wall, a print of that original may be all you need. A generated portrait is useful when you want a different artistic interpretation.
What you can customize in PawCinema
Choose a visible style and supply one authorized original cat or dog photo, or a reference you previously saved. Your own photo supplies the pet. The style sets the artistic treatment; the final pose, framing and background may differ from the example.
The current studio does not accept a custom art brief, exact costume instructions, people or multiple pets. Preview the image once preparation and safety checks finish; no likeness confirmation is required. For new portraits, original downloads and gift cards require a completed paid credit top-up from US$5. Paper, framing and shipping are separate.

Settle the revision question before you start
PawCinema shows the exact credit price before generation. A new requested image has a separate charge. Saying that a result does not look like your pet does not automatically refund credits or generate a replacement; technical non-delivery follows the published remedies.
If you need a service to keep editing one composition until agreed details are right, confirm that arrangement with the provider before purchasing. Do not assume every “custom portrait” includes it. See PawCinema pricing and refund terms.
A short brief for an artist or print provider
Use this when asking about a commission that goes beyond the current PawCinema studio:
I would like a portrait of [number of pets], based on photos I have permission to use. I want [medium and finished size]. The details that matter are [markings, pose or specific arrangement]. Please confirm the full price, included revisions, digital-file rights or physical delivery, and whether my deadline is achievable.
